Olga Bolibok is a Senior Researcher and Project Lead at the Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI) in Vienna, with over a decade of experience in research, innovation and development policy, cultural heritage & diplomacy, and EU enlargement.

She has served as an expert and advisor to the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC), the College of Europe, and the Government of Ukraine, where she coordinated reforms in innovation development and science funding. Her international policy advisory work includes collaborations with UN DESA, UNIDO, the World Bank, and GIZ, as well as with the Governments of Austria, Germany, Denmark, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

As a co-founder of Frontier Art Collective, an Austrian cultural association, she leads interdisciplinary projects in cultural heritage and diplomacy, using postcolonial and art-based approaches to foster dialogue between Ukraine and the EU.
