Dr. Olha Oseredchuk is a Professor at the Department of Practical Psychology and Mental Health at Lviv Polytechnic National University and Head of the Project Office of the Global Coalition of Ukrainian Studies. She is an academic diplomacy practitioner with extensive experience in international higher-education programmes, strategic communications, and quality assurance, including work with national-level QA structures. In her GCUS role, she leads partnership-building and coalition governance to expand and institutionalise Ukrainian Studies worldwide, convening cross-border networks and designing cooperation formats that connect Ukrainian universities with international partners. Her work strengthens Ukraine’s visibility and supports resilient academic ecosystems through education-, culture-, and values-based collaboration.
