Head of the Information Centre of the European Union in the Sumy region. Chairman of the board of the Eastern European Association for Civic Education, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Association for Adult Education, Head of the Adult Education Centre “Education for Life”. Research interests: transformative learning, talent management, civic education, lifelong learning, migration, community development, and European integration.
