Dr. Igor Lyman – co-founder of the Ukrainian Science Diaspora Initiative, doctor of history, professor of the department of history and philosophy, coordinator of international relations of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University (relocated), international expert of Expert Council of National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (Ukraine), Coordinator of Scholar Support Office, ex-member of the Advisory Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (History).
